Here is H's Waffle recipe. Makes 5 waffles.
2 1/2 c unbleached flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 1/4 c milk
3/4 c vegetable oil
Mix ingredients in order. Pour 3/4 c batter (for Belgian waffles) into waffle iron.
