Here's a recipe for a Thai shrimp salad. I love this stuff!
1 head green leaf lettuce
1 pound cooked shrimp
1/2 inch piece ginger
1 small red onion
2 fresh red chilies
1 stalk lemongrass
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon. brown sugar
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon. black pepper
4 tablespoons green onion
4 tablespoons cilantro
15 fresh mint leaves
Chop what needs to be chopped. Mix everything together except the shrimp and lettuce. I like to soak the shrimp in the mixture for a little while before adding the lettuce. Add lettuce and toss.
