Coriander chutney (with or without mint) by FrancesC
Just put all these things into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth: a bunch of coriander, stems and all; mint leaves if you want, about a 1:4 mint:coriander ratio; a small red or white chopped onion; a clove of garlic; a knob of peeled ginger; a small tomato; a bit of salt; generous squeeze of lemon juice; green chili to suit your taste. Add a little water if it's too thick. Experiment with proportions to suit your own needs.
